The Free-standing BOB is great to improve accuracy when training in hitting the target areas. The man-body shape mannequin is like a life-like mannequin with a vinyl "skin".
If you are training to spar or compete for BOB body shape which is ideal for all Boxers, Kick Boxers and Mixed Martial Artists alike to improve your level of accuracy than a regular heavy bag or punching bag.
